I wanted to get a new one from Etsy this year but did not look early enough. By the time I found something I liked, it was too late to order it. I have seen a few pictures of trees with burlap wrapped under the tree and wanted to try something similar.
It looks okay. It's better than the terrible skirt but not a long term fix. I used hem tape for the edges. It looks a little rough. Adding presents under the tree should help....and next year I will order the tree skirt in September.
