Brisket- Nailed it!

Pres made the must delicious (but random) dinner tonight.  We were experimenting with a few things and were very pleased with the results.  We had grilled artichokes (perfect on the Big Green Egg), grilled shrimp, grilled pineapple, and smoked brisket.  Pres really nailed the brisket.  The grilled pineapple was very good, too.  We just sliced it up and brushed a little olive oil on it.  I really enjoyed having bites of grilled shrimp and grilled pineapple together.  Pres also grilled some wings as an experiment.
