Big Green Egg
The last couple weeks have been busy. I started a new job and then got sick. In that time, not much has changed on the house. The concrete guys still are not done. When they sealed the patio, they did a sloppy job. They had to remove the sealer with acid last week and are planning to reseal it this week.
We grilled redfish, shrimp, and veggies on the Big Green Egg a couple weeks ago. It's wonderful!

I'm so jealous! I'd love for Chris to have one.
Erica, it is really, really great! Y'all should get one when you're more settled (they are really heavy to move). It was pretty expensive but, considering the cost of replacing a regular charcoal grill every year or two, is cheaper in the long run.
