We plan to build raised beds later this year or next year. Until then, everything is in pots. I am looking forward to seeing everything grow (or at least hoping that nothing will die).

You might want to double check, but my mom put in blueberry bushes last year, and I think she discovered that you need more than one to get them to bear fruit.
Let me know what you think about that apple mint. Sounds interesting.
